Pleasantly surprised to find a great meal at a hotel restaurant. Paula's attentive yet unintrusive service and on-point recommendations made my dinner truly complete. I had a glass of albariño, the russian salad with prawn and the turbot with cauliflower puree and wild cherry dressing, followed by artisanal ice cream in 3 flavors: violets, idiazabal, and deep chocolate.

We had a long and difficult day with the airlines, missed our flight home, and ended up staying at the Crowne Plaza Madrid Airport for a night as “distressed passengers”. We came down to the restaurant for dinner to end our day. The staff (Paula, Carlos, Norland, and Sara) welcomed us with smiles and great service! It was our first welcoming experience all day!! Thank you for helping us forget all of the airline problems, missed connections, and hours on the phone with Iberia. You gave us a good ending to an otherwise difficult day! Newly redone restaurant right on the premises. Which was precisely why I booked this specific hotel. Great service, interesting menu, nice mix of traditional Spanish food with some fusion aspects. Modest wine list. I just had several appetizers and it was the perfecr (tasty!!) quantity. The atmosphere gets marked soqn because of the large acreen TV, but otherwise just what I needed after a day of travel.
