Plus a good potato purée and paprika oil. This is easily the best grilled octopus compared to many others not just all over Spain, but also Italy, Greece, Portugal, Germany (coming from an octopus enthusiast). Other top tapas: Milhoja de Berenjena Tempura de Bacalao Bacalao Frito Gratinado Camperito de Atun Canelon de Carrillada Nido de patata con Foie (no longer on the menu sadly)
