We came here expecting high-quality food, but unfortunately the experience fell far short of expectations. The hand rolls were served cold and lacked flavor. The salmon and tuna nigiri were also surprisingly bland and tasted comparable to what you might find at an average all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant rather than a premium sushi spot. This Japanese restaurant excelled with its vibrant bar service. Walid crafted exceptional Lychee Martini cocktail that perfectly complement the fresh and amazing sushi and flavorful dishes. Lovely place to have lunch, I particularly love the layout of the dining area with a focus on the sushi preparation area in the middle - it's an excellent experience watching the chefs prepare sushi rolls! I highly recommend the Rib Eye Temaki rolls and the Udon con Rib Eye - as you can tell, I'm quite the carnivore, and I am impressed with the quality of Kuikku, whether it's this branch in Velasquez 55 or the branch in Vilalar 6! Kudos to the staff, sushi chefs, and owners for their hard work in keeping the quality consistently great!
