It's difficult to get a reservation at Celler dels Avis if you don't book well in advance, and when we finally managed to get one, we understood why. We went on a Sunday for lunch and ordered the set menu. For starters, almost the entire table had cannelloni and fish soup, and for the main course, suckling lamb, Catalan sausage with beans, and fish. The food was very good; the cannelloni were very flavorful and creamy, the lamb was cooked perfectly, and the sausage was delicious. The desserts were a bit basic, but not bad for a set menu. The restaurant was packed and had a family atmosphere. T

Highs and lows. The food was good quality, although the portions were small for the price. The waiters were very attentive. What really lowers the rating is the service—a disaster. The dishes arrived randomly. Some people had already finished their starters when others hadn't even received theirs yet. And there was a wait of more than 45 minutes between the starters and main courses. Sorry, I won't be back.

Delighted, a small place. Charming, though not the cheapest. But the quality is absolutely worth it. The staff are lovely and professional; they know what they're doing. They're quick and efficient. The food is excellent, and the portions are very generous. If I had to find fault with anything, I'd say the menu is a bit limited. The star dish is the cannelloni! Exquisite; you can tell they're homemade. Both the minced meat and the béchamel sauce made with stock are top-notch.
