Surprised at having VERY decent Mexican food in Santander. You'll have to make a reservation in advance for the Mexican course menu. I think it's about 5 courses including dessert. All of them were delicious. They also have local offers which I will try the next time I'm in Santander.

Way overpriced for the quality and quantity of food. During our lunch, the service was incredibly slow -- so much so that from start to finish required almost three hours (we ordered off the short menu, so no dish was exceptional in preparation. Neither was any dish exceptional in its taste or ingredients -- pretty bland stuff).. Overall, a sad imitation of Mexican food; you could probably do as well with prepared food from Carrefour and save money. I'm allowing it ONE STAR since zero stars is not an option.
