I was told this bar had the best coffee in Santutxu, so I decided to try it. When I tasted it, it seemed to be dark roast, so that's a bit of a catch. As for the flavor, it is indeed dense and intense, with just the right amount of bitterness and a prominent sweetness (of course, it's dark roast). So, rather than a good coffee, I'd say it's just okay. I thought I saw that the coffee brand was Bonka.
