Ainhoa O★You order a lactose-free coffee. The moment it's poured and you taste it, you have to spit back the small amount you've already sipped because the milk is bad. You politely tell the waitress, and instead of offering another coffee or a refund, she keeps the entire cup of coffee you only tasted and spit back, arguing about whether the milk was good or not. She refuses to give a refund or another coffee. She's completely unfazed. I've been caught out.
