The place is nice, as are the owner and the staff. I stopped there for a quick lunch during my visit to Segovia. I was on my own, but they still gave me a table: the two restaurants across the street refused to seat me, even though it was a Monday around 13:45 o’clock and they weren't full. It was also my birthday, so I particularly appreciated it. I ordered Judiones de la Granja and Ponche Segoviano, and I wasn't disappointed. Delicious food, great service and fantastic value. Recommend you leave the busy tourist restaurants behind in the main plaza and have the Las Raciones Del Dia menu here for 16 euros each. Especially good are the fabada, calabacin and beef cheeks.

I had the meal of the day, which included a three course meal. A first course, a main course, a beer and dessert. They also had the option to have wine or soft drinks. The food took a bit of time to come out since it was prepared in the moment, but it was definitely worth the wait. The taste was superb. I think the fabada, Solomillo and carillada were on point. Definitely a must try in Segovia.
