What a delightful place! I stopped by Nissi Sazón con Pasión and enjoyed a spectacular Colombian buñuelo—fresh and perfectly cooked—along with an ice-cold Pony Malta. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, and the atmosphere is lovely. Best of all is the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Unbeatable service—10 out of 10!

They have a wide variety of food (cheese buns, pan de bono, empanadas, sweet bread...) and everything I've tried has been delicious. The staff are very friendly too. And they make custom cakes.

The food is good, although I'm not giving the service 5 stars because the woman who served us was rather rude to my friend and turned a minor issue (the sign calls something we can identify and that TASTES like an almojábana "pandebono") into a somewhat unpleasant experience. Not only did she NOT replace the product (which I can understand because she had already reheated it without asking), but she also "corrected" my friend in an overbearing manner (what she wanted was a ring-shaped pandebono). Otherwise, the place is spacious and nice.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. The waitresses were unfriendly; they didn't heat up the food, they didn't offer any sauces, and when I asked what was on the menu, the response was: "Well, what you see." I think it's important to improve customer service, as this type of experience creates a very negative impression. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend it.
