We popped in for a couple drinks on our last day in Valencia but we ended up trying their entire menu except for one drink. Every cocktail is new, different and thought out. It has very intimate seating around the bar and a few seats at the window. Tomas explained each drink on how it was made and what notes to expect. My favourite was the cocogroni topped with coconut and white chocolate.

Amazing cocktails at Botanista Bar. Tried the Amelie and the Lustro. Both were exquisite. Some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Tomaso, the bartender, was very friendly. The decor was fabulous too. Will be back for sure. Highly highly recommend this place!
