Had a fantastic experience at El Leon! The tapas were absolutely delicious, and the small, focused menu really shows—everything is cooked fresh to order and full of flavour. Service was impressively quick, even though the place was busy, and the staff were warm and friendly throughout. We booked in advance, which gave peace of mind, but it seemed like we probably could have walked in without too much trouble. Overall, a great spot for quality tapas and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely return!

Highly recommend if you're currently on your Google maps looking for a place to sit and have a drink! We stopped here for a quick bev and a snack and it was perfect. A proper gem not far from the more expensive tourist focus bars and restaurants, El Leon was an inexpensive delight. A great place to escape the heat for a moment and the service was lovely, everyone working there was so friendly.

Food: Cod fritters we're good but that was basically it. The grill cod and paella were both mediocre at best and much better at some of the other restaurants around here. Shrimps were peeled but not deveined. Mojito tasted watered down and the mint leaves were not fresh at all. Overpriced for the quality. 3 dishes and a drink came out to 71 euros. 2/5 Service: Good service but nothing exceptional. Friendly and fast service and always seem to have table available outside when we stopped by. We went there twice during our week long stay and made a reservation the first time. We also tried their set menu which had very good options of what we wanted to try. The only drawback, if I had to be critical, was because of the acoustics of the corridor where the restaurant is located, a lot of singers and dancers setup shop to entertain for a tip. While, some singers are talented, you also get some really loud dancers that just make a lot of noise. Anyway, it’s to be expected. We still loved
