I had the set Nikkei tasting menu with friends for lunch and it was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every once in a while you hit for the cycle, Hail Mary this is Manaw Nikkei Bar. A great recommendation from our friend at the Goat. 🐐 Chef Miguel has created a gem of a fusion restaurant. Food:5- Michelin Star flavor profile all day long. The combination of South American sauce complexity , Japanese simplicity and València flair is a perfect match. Absolutely amazing experience. We had dinner here yesterday and it was simply perfect. Our waiter, Jesús, was incredibly kind and attentive—he even asked us to taste the water to make sure it was exactly to our liking. Throughout the entire evening, he guided us with warmth, humor, and genuine friendliness. The food was outstanding. We chose the Nikkei menu and enjoyed several premium ingredients such as different types of caviar, oysters, and bluefin tuna—everything was of excellent quality, and the price felt absolutely justified. One of the best nigiris we had ever (and we had some exquisite omakase experiences before). We went ala cart and it really impressed us. Beautiful setting, wonderful service by Andrea and amazing food. Try miso, try tuna, try desserts! Ginger ice cream is fantastic. Great cocktails and house wine.
