Great Italian restaurant in Valencia. Located in Old Town in between old apartments and shopping stalls. Food: 5 authentic and homemade pasta and pizza. We ordered a bottle of Valpolicella which paired perfectly with our pastas. We had the eggplant to start. The cheese was evenly baked and if you put the eggplant on the focaccia it is perfect. For our mains we had the veggie lasagna, Spaghetti and Salmon and the seafood fettuccine. All three pastas were perfect.The seafood was fresh and the pasta Devine. Amazing food, amazing service. So worth the wait. We had to make a reservation several days in advance and ended up eating here on our last day in Valencia. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, and our server, Sebi, was perfect. He was super attentive, had great English, and was so fast to help. Seriously, we’ll be telling all of our friends about the experience. The Parmesan eggplant was maybe the best thing we ate. That melted cheese was soooooo good. The restaurant was amazing — both the food and the staff exceeded our expectations. It’s definitely a place we’ll want to come back to every time we visit Valencia. A special thank you to Sebi, who was incredible from start to finish! Even though we didn’t have a reservation, they still managed to find us a table and made us feel so welcome.
