I did not have a good experience at Vips. While ordering one of their cocktails, I was very disappointed. Their "Kalimotxo de Mora", came only as red wine with coca cola. There was no blackberry, no foam and no orange slice. I went to return the drink immediately. This item should never have been placed on a guests table. When I returned it, I should have been given an apology. The shift supervisor should also have approached me to solve this issue. Alsea, you need to make sure this does not happen again!
