Superb evening at El Capitan in the center of the pedestrian area of Vigo. The restaurant has a peculiar layout: you enter through the kitchen and up on the second floor. Yes, the poor waiters go up and down for service. Speaking of service, it was impeccable from start to finish. Not too intrusive yet always on point. As for the food, we would highly recommend the Mariscada : it was very well seasoned, the way only an experienced chef can do as each seafood has different cooking times.
