Good evening. I visited Churrasco on the evening of 25.05.2026 and had a very nice experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was excellent, but what impressed me the most was the waitress. She was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and always smiling. I feel as tho I'm going against the grain but honestly nothing was good. The migas I can't say was imperfect, just that I didn't particularly like it. I didn't dislike it either, it's flour and water mixed into small bits and fried. So don't expect alot of flavor but it does come with tapas sizes of meat or fish. The main was ham hock with chips. The ham was wierd, I've eaten alot of it around here and not had issues. Did not like this. The 'chips' were assorted under cooked and not cooked and almost frozen

Although it is a bit pricey and not so abundant, the quality was excellent. If you are looking for good grilled meat, this is your place in Lausanne. Also, Malbec wine of the house is exquisite.

Great steak restaurant. We tried the fillet and the rib-eye, with fries. Both were perfect. The bread and Chimichurri sauce that was served when we sat down were delicious. The house red was surprisingly good, and the alcoholic sorbets for dessert were a treat.
