Food was very good, the burger worked after having Italian food the past 5 days, the red ale is delicious, no real "service" because you order at the bar but very friendly. Atmosphere... almost spot on but could use a little more English Pub fare/options.. still, a big win in Lucerm. 76 euro was a little steep but worth it.

Even though it was self-service, the staff were lovely and very welcoming. The food was excellent, especially the fish and chips. There was also a great variety of beers and ciders to choose from. I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily come back.

This hotel has incredible views and the location is perfect! We loved waking up to stunning views of chapel bridge, the water, and the waterfront. Tip for travelers: you must check in at the bar whose entrance is located by the water. If you have bags, I recommend checking in at the pub then locating the entrance at the back of the building that is accessible with your room key - that is a level entry with an elevator which makes accessing your room with luggage much simpler!

We stopped in here for a quick bite and did not have a problem getting a table. Food came out fast and was good. Burgers were good. Chicken fingers a little overcooked. Overall good morning experience.
