Overpriced fake French cuisine. Plating is quite good, so the pictures look deceiving. The salad was interesting with the fish roe, but flavoring was blend. The shrimps were not as fresh, as my lips felt a little tingling (allergic reaction). The lamb was undercooked and overcooked at the same time. It was cooked at not high enough temperature for way too long. That shows the kitchen staff has no understanding of how to prepare lamb. The sauces were some kind of premade paste from some bottles. For what they’re charging, it’s highway robbery. I don’t even think they have a rudimentary understanding of French cuisine.

Space and interior design are good for family and friends gathering. Staffs are friendly and welcome. We had a salad, basket of bread and pasta. All dishes are tasty and fresh, but a bit pricy in Kaohsiung. Will come back for special occasions.

This is one of the nicest places you can go to in Kaohsiung to truly have that feeling of luxury. Service wise it's a 360 degrees experience. Everyone inside are very polite and friendly although staff are not so fluent in English they make it up with a big smile and a tender treatment. Food wise, expect the food to be gourmet like with smaller portions at a higher price; however, the quality is really high and even the cutlery and dishware have been carefully picked so that they match with dishes look and taste. Like I said La One is that kind of a place where either a business meal or a date will come to fruition.

Trying to assume the role of a high class restaurant, but not reaching it just yet. Either way not to my liking, at a restaurant charging premium Plastic/rubber coaster protecting the imitated wood table, not the feeling for a restaurant in this price range Neutral Situated one flat of stairs up Smoothies with fresh squeezed juice, with orange peel. Smoothie taste good, I hope they washed the peel before adding it :)
