Some places don’t make you want to come back just because of the food 🤍 Larder Chatuchak is one of those places for us. A brunch & bakery spot hidden inside Best Western Chatuchak — the space feels airy, minimal, and beautifully lit. It has that simple but elegant European morning atmosphere that instantly makes you slow down and enjoy the moment. Such a crowded Sunday morning, but it was nice! It made me wake up and feel fresh. There is a huge selection of bread and sourdough—so many choices that I honestly had no idea what to pick at first.😂 There are DIY toppings to create your own dish as well. They also have beverages such as coffee, matcha, fresh juice, cocktails, and wine. The price is slightly high; however, they use good quality ingredients. The coffee was rich and well-crafted, and the sourdough bread was fresh with a great balance of texture and flavor. It was quite busy—even by 9 AM the café was already full, which says a lot about its popularity. Despite the crowd, the queue moved quickly and the wait time wasn’t too long, which I really appreciated. There is also free parking available at the hotel (at least for now), which makes the visit even more convenient. Overall, it’s a great spot for a weekend breakfast around the Chatuchak area. Newly open cafe in Chatuchak. This cafe serves brunch, bakery, coffee and smoothie all day long, starting at 7 o'clock in the morning. There are many tables and seats in a wide open space dinning area with an open kitchen at the back of the cafe. My flat white is awesome. Because of the high quality of food and beverages, this cafe is a little bit pricely compares with others cafe in this area. It's very convenient to take MRT go to this cafe as it's a short walk from MRT station and also there are many free parking lots.

My fist visit to Larder was a somewhat mixed experience. Upon entering the restaurant, I found the atmosphere slightly confusing. There seemed to be quite a number of staff members, yet the flow of service felt rather unstructured and disorganized. I had to wait for a table for some time, which was understandable given how busy the restaurant was. However, the ordering process was less smooth than expected. The staff appeared uncertain about their roles and responsibilities. On several occasions, I attempted to place my order, only to be asked to wait, while staff members shifted their attention elsewhere, such as clearing tables. When they returned, there still seemed to be a lack of coordination, with staff moving about in a rather hurried and unfocused manner, attending to different customers without clear prioritization. All good for me! It was a little tricky to catch the server at first when we wanted to order and check, but no big deal at all. Whenever I walked over and let them know we needed something, they were friendly and quickly came to our table. I enjoyed the menu if we do classic something — their signature one. The pricing also feels fair considering the brand, the location, and the overall vibe. Definitely a cozy spot I’d happily come back 👍🏻
