After seeing the reviews i really didnt want to try this restuarant but as there is nothing nearby i thought what have i to lose. Service was very good and i got getting served quickly with a drink then my main 20minutes. Staff polite . So this is a positive review for their hard work. The beer and fish&chips were very good.

We read the reviews. We would never eat at a 2.5 star rated place, but because we were hungry, arrived late and had no cash we had no choice but to try the food here, ready to have a messed up dinner. But everything was almost perfect. The staff was very attentive, the service was very good, the food came fast, we had bugers which I would rate 8.5/10, and my wife 9/10, they were cooked just as they should be, we did not get food poisining and everything was fine. So my guess is that they are improving... or we really have low standards compared with others.

We had a very good laugh at this place being called a 5 star resort. Specifically the Chada restaurant, please don’t ruin your trip by eating here but also just don’t come to this resort. Food was an hour, cold and awful. My friend was so nervous by the reviews she only got a cheese toasty and it was just toasted bread with non melted cheese in it. My carbonara was a reheated ready meal, no doubt about it. They gave us some complimentary (stone cold) spring roll bites that looked like they’d been taken off of someone’s left overs to make up for the fact that the food took one hour. I would say the staff seem a bit run off of their feet also so they deserve better. If this was at any place I was staying I’d be upset but the only restaurant of a 5 star resort? Madness!

Was a bit apprehensive about coming here after seeing the negative reviews, but honestly it was not that bad. A live singer serenaded us during our dinner and it felt lovely. Not intrusive at all. The pad Thai was decent, although I wish they gave an option of adding some chilli. The service was good.

The service is AWFUL. Food was ok but no great shakes. We’ve eaten at the tiniest of places in back streets and had fabulous food and great service at very reasonable prices but here we had to stop eating and ask again for the wine we’d ordered because the wine and food were never going to coincide. We then had to ask for a dessert menu which never appeared so went without. We paid and left very disappointed. Terrible service.

Food is terrible, I got a bolognse thinking it would be a safe option but it was absolutely terrible. They put black pepper and other non traditional herbs in the sauce, followed by half cooked carrots that were crunchy. I feel they are just taking advantage since there is no other options around....classic thailand
