I drove by in the morning and went for the coffee and tea. The drink is good, the atmosphere is great and it is quite huge. There is also food and noodles there but I haven't tasted it yet. They also got a very cute dog there named "Design" very friendly dog. Will be updated when I have taste their food.

Starting from 5 Jan 2025 DX will be under new management, so this review may or may not be pertinent. Extensive menu (see images) with affordable pricing (coffees cheaper than most in this area, meals very reasonably priced). Very welcoming atmosphere, smartly built (containers) with lots of floor space with both inside and outside dining areas. Wife and I had eggs benedict and eggs with mushroom bits. Pretty good eggs benedict (I asked for toasted muffins and all bacon substitutions as well as dressing for salad greens and they readily complied) at very decent price. Coffee with hazelnut came nice, hot (as requested), and very tasty. Good service, nice staff, clean and a cute well kept doggo sleeping outside who considers this his place. Try it if you're in the area. Opens 7:30am closes 5pm. Plenty of street parking and seating. Lastly their chocolate croissants are excellent!

Came here with friends for Sunday lunch. Cool, shady and pleasant courtyard style with ample seating for all. Also is an indoor cafe plus an upstairs section. Building are basically converted shipping containers. The boys ordered club sandwiches which at 125 baht was ok but sandwiches were fairly bland with minimal ingredients. Friends ordered a seafood Thai salad and pasta with spicy sausages. Both were quite nice. Service overall was a little slow, waited nearly 35 minutes for pasta and sausage dish, also the serving was pretty small given the price.

Small coffee shop with outside seating area. The shop is made from converted shipping containers. The outside area is nicely done. Reasonable food and coffee. I had bacon and egg burger and hot latte both excellent AND at around 200 thb VERY well priced. Some nice little arty touches around the place.

Lovely decor, a truly beautiful place with kind staff, but… I asked for a blueberry muffin. After about 5 minutes, I went to check on my order, only to find that my muffin was in the over. I was told it would be another 5 minutes for my muffin to be ready. As I didn’t want my muffin warm, I asked for a fresh one. Unfortunately, I was given the same muffin that I saw in the over. It was dry and warm outside, and frozen inside. For almost 100THB, I would expect more. What a disappointment :/
