Visited COYA to try their “Spirits of Peru: Madre Tierra” menu at the Pisco Bar - ended up staying for dinner and had a great evening. The food was excellent across the board: beef empanadas, chicken bao buns, salmon, and potato croquettes were all outstanding. The cocktails, however, were a true highlight. The Agua de Chifa (vodka, sesame pisco, tomato water, and sriracha) was unusual but delicious. There was a Pisco Sour of course. My personal favourite was the Doña Luisa (tequila with a lemongrass & basil cordial, served martini-style). Absolute perfection! Great service throughout the evening, especially by Jal Lopez, COYA's fantastic bartender. Highly recommended, and will definitely be back.

COYA Abu Dhabi delivered exactly what its reputation promises! I visited on a Sunday night while in town for business and specifically chose COYA because of positive recommendations and I wanted to experience it for myself. It did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and genuine kindness, and every interaction felt helpful and welcoming. Once seated, I was impressed by the breadth of both the food and cocktail menus, especially with the cocktails recently revamped. I was not overly hungry, so I cannot speak to the full menu, but what I ordered was flavorful and more filling than expected. The cocktails fully lived up to the hype. I started with the Arcoiris, a pisco based cocktail that felt perfectly on brand for a Peruvian restaurant and was substantial enough to stand on its own. We went for lunch and requested their "dinner 3-course " menu, which worked out well considering the starter portions are small. The restaurant agreed to our request. The soup was good but a bit creamy for my liking. The Australian steak was the highlight. Salmon was delicious, but the accompanying puree was oily.. I hope they replace some of the fried starters with grilled options.

Lovely Iftar at COYA Abu Dhabi. The Ramadan set menu had a great selection — from delicious appetizers like Avocado Burrata Tacos and Beef Skewers to a perfectly cooked Wagyu Sirloin. The Saffron Pavlova dessert was a perfect sweet ending. Special thanks to our waiter Pathum for the excellent service — very attentive and friendly, which made the evening even more enjoyable.
