Visited Nook Coffee recently and the experience was quite confusing. The place doesn’t seem to operate like a typical café open to the public. There was no clear indication of how or where to order, and when I approached, I was made to feel like I had entered a private space. The staff brought the menu outside and asked what I wanted, which felt unusual and slightly uncomfortable. If this is a drive-thru or private concept, it would really help to have clearer signage or guidance for customers. The setup has potential, but the customer experience needs improvement to make visitors feel welcome.
