I have been living in Al Ain for almost two years, I’ve been to many places and the only place that truly makes my heart warm is Pacos. The food is 10/10 juicy and delicious (the best in Al Ain) The band is fun and welcoming, they make you sing along and groove with them uncontrollably. The staff are always helpful and smiley. This happens to be the only place with fresh natural juice (as I can’t drink alcohol)and their prices are super reasonable. They play fun music in the breaks and invite you to sing karaoke, make autotune for you so you don’t break the glass lol. My husband wanted to take me to Dubai to celebrate my birthday, but I wanted to celebrate it here instead. Shout out to Chris and Iza! 🌸🌸💓

We typically come to pacos often. We came last Thursday and the food and drinks were amazing and the service was even more amazing. Tonight nothing was great. Fries hard and cold, chicken tasted old and rewarded, fish and chips became fish and salad, portions were smaller, waiters were inattentive and rushed even though there weren’t many people dining, music didn’t start at 9. Please stop saying the burger meat is wagu because it’s totally not. Maybe we will eat first and just come for music hopefully things get better because we were all so disappointed

We spent our Daughter's birthday by staying over at Radisson Blu over the weekend and we decided to celebrate her birthday at Paco's Bar in their outdoor area. I must say the team was super super helpful, big shout out to Rahilya who helped us accomodate all our requests and went all in to make our daughter's birthday special. The food at Paco's is amazing, and also very very well priced. We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the food. Will 10/10 recommend.

The place has a good look, great live music and delicious table snacks. The downside is, because it's not always busy, the staff don't put much effort into the customers that are there to support the establishment on quiet nights. I was there a few weeks ago. We ended up being some of the last people to leave. The establishment closes at 3am. From around 1am we had to keep calling or getting up for service, fetching things from the bar ourselves, approaching staff for our bill etc. Staff were huddled at a cash desk, playing their own selection of music through the place and not interested in us. Felt more like we were forcing them to stay there longer than required even though they needed to stay open for 2 more hours. My suggestion would be to either change the opening hours or staff behaviour/ approach towards customers who actually took the time to visit. There is no point is advertising amazing specials when staff make people feel uncomfortable when they visit the establishment.

We visited Pacos for Ladies night on a Thursday. At first, we were NOT impressed with the drinks at all. We asked for the check and wanted to visit another bar but Rahilya the Assistant Restaurant Manager insisted we speak to the bartender because she wanted to make us happy and remake our drinks. Apparently a lemon powder packet was used instead of fresh lemons. Pande the bartender remade our drinks and it was much better!! Needless to say, we stayed at Pacos and ordered more drinks and food, primarily because of the customer service. From Rahilya to Pande to our two servers Kyla and Sandiya, we ended up having a good time and listened to great music by the live band. If you’re ever in Al Ain, run to Pacos at the Radisson for tasty drinks, good vibes and excellent customer service!!
