There is always a significant delay in delivering orders — Orders are always delayed by 1 to 1.5 hours beyond the agreed delivery time. Their prices are also overpriced compared to others. The stuffed vine leaves (warak enab) have an excessive amount of lemon to the point that it becomes unpleasant. And when we ask them to reduce the lemon or make it without lemon, they say they cannot adjust it and that this is their “normal level.” You need to consider customers’ preferences — not everyone likes that much lemon, and what you consider “normal” is actually too much.

This place is very unprofessional I’ve been calling them since yesterday and some of their staff is unlocking the telephone so it gives a busy line, and the person behind the whatsapp channel is ignoring the customers literally, and there is no one answering their instagram page! I have never witnessed such a rude way to get the orders from! Such a business is in need of their customers, you shouldn’t make us suffer just to get an order.
