I’ve been a regular guest at HOOF Al Jada for quite some time now, and the service has always been exceptional. That’s the main reason I keep coming back. The coffee is really good, and consistency has never been an issue. That said, over time I’ve noticed the staff numbers getting smaller, and as a guest, it’s hard not to feel concerned. The team is clearly doing their best despite the pressure. Big shout-out to Manager Jen and Barista Mercy, along with the rest of the team, for maintaining great service and standards no matter what. Their dedication really shows. To the management: please take care of your people. They are truly your best asset. I don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes, but something clearly needs to change to make your team feel secure and happy—they deserve it. Kudos to the whole team for their hard work and consistency. 💯

This coffee shop offers coffees with scores above 80 points, or in other words, specialty coffees of the highest quality available. Here you can find Brazilian coffee with a score of 85+, Ethiopian coffee with scores of 88 or 89 – incredible!!! And Colombian coffee also with scores above 80 points. In this region, I consider Hoof Misk the best coffee shop, with the best coffee and the best price, because there are many coffee shops in Aljada, but when they offer a specialty coffee with a high score, they charge an abnormally high price. The service here is excellent, the staff are well-trained, kind and friendly, always ready to answer any questions about their coffees.

I had an okay experience overall. The staff were friendly and did their best, even though the cafe seemed short-staffed. Personally, I felt the portion sizes were small for the price. I tried the coconut and chia seed cheesecake, but I couldn’t really taste much coconut and there didn’t seem to be many chia seeds either. To me, it tasted more like a regular cheesecake, so I didn’t feel it was worth the price. The coffee was decent. Also, during my visit the AC didn’t seem to be working properly and the cafe was using portable AC units instead. Because of the heat outside, it was a bit warm and stuffy inside, which affected the experience. Not sure if that’s a regular issue or just happened that day. Overall, it’s an alright place, but a bit overpriced in my opinion.

A cafe allocated at the Boulevard of Al Jada. The ambience of the shop is very nice and warming with in and outdoors . The espresso based beverages are very good with high quality coffee beans. Also, the desserts are delicious and the portion of it is good. The prices are quite reasonable comparing the others within the neighborhood. It’s one of the cafe , you like to visit it again. In front of the big car parking. Highly recommended
