Visited Drowsy coffee on Eid day when my usual coffee place was closed. The service was spot on, and we selected the hot V60. While the interior is a lovely set up, with inviting colors and loads of seating options, the aervice trays need a little fixing up as the lacquer on the wood was peeling off. Overall my experience was great and i would love to visit again.

I’ll always have a soft spot for Sharjah old cafés, they’re one of the OGs. Still as cozy and vibey as it did back in 2017, but now it’s even better. It’s quieter, there’s more space to relax, and the peaceful vibe makes you want to stick around a little longer. Honestly, this place is like classic wine; the longer it stays, the better it gets. What I love most is how they’ve kept things simple and true to themselves. No major changes, no trendy touches, just a warm, familiar spot that feels like home. It’s the kind of place you come back to for the atmosphere and the memories it brings. But I have to be real, the seating drives me crazy. I absolutely despise it. It’s uncomfortable and takes away from how great the place is otherwise. If they could improve that, this café would be perfect in every way. Had a great experience at Drowsy Coffee! Suraj provided excellent service. super friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about coffee. We tried the V60, cheesecake, and yuzu drink, and everything was amazing. The V60 was beautifully brewed, the cheesecake was rich and creamy, and the yuzu drink was refreshing and perfectly balanced. Thanks to Suraj for making our visit so enjoyable we’ll definitely be back!
