I wouldn’t normally write a bad review, especially about a place I’ve visited so often and enjoyed. But today, I left feeling let down—not just by the food, but by the way my concerns were brushed aside. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously because good service and warm, delicious food are what keep people coming back. I ordered a shawarma, but what I received was completely cold, from the bread to the meat. It honestly felt like it had been sitting out for a long time, maybe even a canceled order. As a regular customer, it’s always been a pleasure to dine at this restaurant. People coming to restaurants not only to eat something, but for the experience of enjoying a warm, freshly prepared meal. Today, however, my experience fell far short of what I’ve come to expect. What hurt the most was the way my concern was handled. The supplier refused to even engage further, and I was left feeling ignored. I wasn’t demanding a replacement or making a big deal, just asking for a warm
