I don’t usually like leaving bad reviews, but I hope this helps the owner improve. I ordered fish and chips, and unfortunately the chips were cold and tasted unfresh, as if they had been cooked hours earlier and left sitting. I was also disappointed that the fish seemed pre-cooked rather than freshly made. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I was disappointed with my experience at the Cardiff Road fish Bar .The food was acceptable, but the customer service let it down. The staff came across as rude, had poor manners, and didn't seem welcoming at all. Not once did anyone smile or make me feel valued as a customer. A friendly attitude goes a long way, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

Banging chippy food is ace need a mortgage for the food but its well worth it 👌
