My coffee wasn’t strong enough( decaf needs a bit more)Lemon muffin dry but the lovely girl at counter helped me to my seat with my drink and cake. Disabled toilet which I used upon arrival was a bit dirty/ smelly.The floor was wet and tissue all over the floor, the sink tap was running and the toilet wasn’t flushing properly, I’m disabled so the floor being soaking wet is a real slip hazard for me when using my sticks. I tried to wipe it a bit so I could stand up from the loo as my feet were slipping. But you could do with non disabled guests using the other non disabled loos which would help
