This busy cafe located by main entrance at Union Square Shopping Centre serves very good coffee and nice blueberry muffins. Service very quick, seating area is comfortable. Atmosphere ok.

Wanted to sit in and was told we had to have takeout cups but got given sit in plates with food so was confusing? I also always get asked if I have a costa card to use which I do but wasnt asked on this occasion. The service wasnt great as usual as it looked like the B team was working as there was conversations being had by the staff including the guy at the till serving us so wasnt great service. Felt rushed and was felt like the teams attitude was rather rude

Coffee was nice. Staff, not so much. Guy with glasses was shouting and swearing at the girl serving us. She looked visibly upset. Not on.

I come here all the time. The staff are great. Alana, Fin and all the guys always say hello. They remember my drink all the time.
