Staff nice, drinks nice, just full of ned teens taking up half the tables and clearly not bought anything. Horrible sitting there. The teens making a mess and very noisy. Nicer sitting in Cafe Nero or Black Sheep Coffee instead (seems to be an Aberdeen issue with the virile teens)

Came in shortly before closing, the barista, Eva was stocking the counter and quickly stopped to serve me. I used to work in hospitality so I know how annoying it is to serve when you’re busy, but Eva did it with a warm and professional attitude. First ever time I’ve been to a chain coffee shop and felt inclined to leave a good review.

Summary ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s a coffee shop - “does what it says on the tin” No complaints got exactly what I paid for. Coffee was pretty decent, would visit again Drinks⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ordered 2 x white coffee’s with “warm milk” did not there was such a thing. Initially I felt the coffees were not filled enough but there was more than enough milk and would not have wanted any more coffee Cost⭐️⭐️ Paid 40p extra to drink in the seated area - this was not explained to me and secondly (why??) I know places like Starbucks are more expensive than your run of the mill coffee shops, but is there really a need

Staff not very friendly too busy wanting to chat to other staff I ordered 2 cakes 2 coffees and when I ask asked for a tray the look I got from the staff as if I had asked them to carry it to my table absolutely shocking they need more training in customer service 100%. Also tables were dirty and they floors space i dont think that gets swept alot
