Car parking spaces are too small and tight at busy times to be able to get into/out of when there's a queue of vehicles behind heading for the drive thru. Once I got in, the ordering screen froze part way through ordering, forcing me to use another one which wouldn't let me log in again so I had to sacrifice any points or offers. Food took a long time to arrive even though there was hardly anyone waiting (presumably the drive thru and Deliveroos were being prioritised).

I often buy coffee from McDonald's, usually no complaints, on this occasion I ordered a large Cappuccino which was neither large or a Cappucino. The restaurant looked new and was immaculate, the staff were friendly, but they need to look at what they serve before putting the lid on. It tasted odd and I had a grippy stomach soon after.

Set up preferentially for drive thrus, the dining area is over two floors. The ground floor has a bank of ordering screens, limited seating with views of the car park or side door and the austere serving hatch has the look of a prison canteen. The food took a long time to arrive and the cheese on the McMuffin was not quite melted enough although ketchup was provided but sugar and stirring sticks weren't.
