We have been regular Most customers since Matt opened the bakery. It is a huge asset to Alty and the quality and variety is exceptional, which is why I do not recognise comments such as "bread mouldy after 3 days and 'Stale Cheesecake'. We have left bread out on the work top for days with no issues at all, the same can be said for baked goods too. The bread also freezes very well. It would be more constructive to take up issues with the bakery directly rather than posting comments from behind a screen.
