Absolutely 💯% on food, the warm velcome as well just brilliant. Portions and the quality of food is amazing. Lamb, chicken shish is just tender, juicy and delicious as it can be. Side dishes and salads are amazing. The staff looking after you, without disturbing. Very good experience all together. Highly recommended.

There are not enough starts! Food was perfect if not restaurant quality, it is not an ordinary kebab house. I was tired didn’t have much to spend and just wanted something I didn’t have to cook, I didn’t know I was about to eat the best shish kebab in the northern hemisphere! Service was immaculate, food was done in under 10 min and was cheaper the any other takeaway I have had in the last 3 months. Changed my world. Thank you Charcoal grill. I ordered the supreme box for me and my fiancé. Didn’t realise we would be eating dinner, lunch and still have enough for tomorrow night dinner. Hahahaha

I ordered a large mixed kebab combo wrap which was packed full of meat, chips, salad of my choice and ketchup and it was beautiful. My partner had an equally delicious vegetarian kebab in pitta and really enjoyed it. The service as really friendly and polite and the young lady even offered for my young daughter to have a lollipop sweet on offer for free. First time at Charcoal Grill as not normally in Andover but would definitely visit again and recommend to any locals for a fresh tasting and reasonably priced food offering.

Ordered from Just Eat which is an absolute rip off! £30 including £4.50 for a standard sized kebab. I had assumed it would be a sharing sized kebab for that price but it wasn't... For £29.99 on their actual menu you get a massive portion of mixed meat. Called up and just told there's different prices on Just Eat to their menu. Apologies but no resolution. Not sure why the prices are so extortionate on Just Eat for what you get. It would have been a decent kebab for £13. Really disappointing. Don't think I'll bother with Just Eat or this place again.
