“Food delivered to table quickly and it was spotless, even the loos!”

This has happened many times while collecting orders as a delivery driver. After serving the customer in front of me, the front counter staff often walk away without even acknowledging that I'm standing on the other side of the counter. A simple "I'll be with you in a moment" would be enough, but instead I'm frequently feel ignored, despite being there as a driver collecting an order or even as a potential customer. Unusual sight at the drive thru today, a woman at the drive thru with an alpaca. I thought MC Donald's didn't allow animals on their drive thrus , maybe Andover make exceptions. Have to say this goes against H & S especially as the alpaca did a poo and the owner didn't pick it up

I don’t know what happened to this place. Food and service used to be great but for the past couple of years at least, food is often cold, chips not at all salty and they ALWAYS get out order wrong. To top it off they gave my meal to the wrong person and didn’t realise the mistake. I’ve now been sat here for over half an hour still with nothing. Absolutely appalling.

Food was fresh hot We had particularly good service when we asked for water for the baby But the main reason for the review is the exceptional greeting and engagement with one particular member of staff and that was the lovely lady clearing the tables and making sure the tables were clean. We didn’t get to ask her name but the way she was with the children was amazing. From the moment we entered. Both our 3 year olds loved her as did the baby . Please let this lovely lady who had a red headscarf on to know how impressed we were. Excellent example to all
