Went here for lunch. Ordered on app. My number wasn’t on screen. Waited 15 min before someone bothered to shout my number out. Looks like it been sat there 10 minutes. Burger was cold. Set in the middle of a shopping centre. Whole place seemed like a ghost town

Good fresh fast food. It's always busy here but it's well managed by staff so it flows. The food was fresh and hot. We ordered table service, it was less than 10 minutes for our order to be handed to our table upstairs. The toilets were well kept (an important one for me), and the tables were all clean not covered on rubbish. One criticism which isn't the staffs fault. The decor is completely and utterly dull. Just wanted to highlight the amazing staff working at Beaumont leys McDonald’s, I come in here often after my son’s karate class and the service is always gold standard. As an ex employee myself, I can see the staff work effectively well and I’d like to give a special shout out to the team leader (I believe) who allowed me to use the phone under their supervision and book myself a taxi because my phone had died after class and we couldn’t get home! Very compassionate and kind. Couldn’t recommend anymore! Only suggestion I have is could we potentially get some wireless charging sockets fitted i

This Milkybar McFlurry was a letdown. There was way too much sauce, which made it incredibly watery. It didn’t taste or feel like ice cream at all — it was more like a melted slush puppy. The flavour was overwhelmed by the sauce and the texture was just wrong. Definitely not the creamy McFlurry I was expecting, and not something I’d order again.
