I would like to formally register a complaint regarding the treatment my friend and I received at your store, Marks & Spencer (M&S). We are two men and regularly shop for clothing, coats, and footwear in different sections of the store, including the women’s section, as some items fit us better. Promoting in-store that they're "No 1. For animal welfare", even after numerous investigations showing that there is no animal welfare. Joey Carbstrong on YouTube has investigated M&S dairy farms. Staff were unprofessional in-store when I asked if the poster could be taken down. She told me that she grew up on a dairy farm so that I'm wrong to complain. Been here a few time for coffee. The coffee is good but it’s incredibly frustrating to having the person on the till take the order and then make the drinks. It takes so long! And to add to the frustration today, the new Christmas drink menu was up. The server didn’t know what the Rodney Reindeer Hot Chocolate.was supposed to be, and with no chocolate antlers to go on the hot chocolate, my drink looked more like the other end of the reindeer !

Would be shocking if it were a Lidl, with the prices it charges it needs to be shut down. You’re lucky if there’s any food on the shelves and whether the staff can be bothered to work or not.
