I got pecan latte here which was quite nice. I got here early, so it wasnt busy yet and everything was still clean and tidy. Service was ok and fast. Will visit again

The tea was served in a filthy mug. I don’t just mean tea stained, the outside of the mug looked like it had been washed in filthy water and left to dry somewhere. There were dirty water run marks outside of the mug.The toasted sandwhich was only toasted one side. The underside was just cold soft white bread . Even after sending it back the only difference was the bread was warm, still white and no evidence of having been toasted. The cafe itself was dirty with thick cobwebs in the corners at head height. I didn’t dare look up at the ceiling. Staff were nice though.

I do enjoy a Nero Latte but damn this place is filthy and so tired. Really needs a good clean and re fit. Tables and chairs dirty and worn. Random people just sat outside smoking and drinking not Cafe Nero customers. Toilets out of order also. Had to have sit in coffee and sausage bap in takeaway form as they have no mugs or plates whhhaattt!? Worst Cafe Nero I've ever been too

This was a good experience. The drinks here are always nice and the staff are friendly. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have any other plastic cups left today for iced drinks, but the coffee was still good. They have a nice seating area upstairs too which is appreciated.
