Premises very tired and needs refreshing. Regular coffee good. Decaff coffee very poor. Bacon roll OK. Tuna panini disappointing poor and not good value, hardly any filling see photos. No presentation of food, no cutlery supplied. Could do so much better.

Very fond of this cafe and thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere in the establishment however upon entering the toilets they aren't as nice as the rest of the building. They aren't cleaned properly and the toilets always seem to be dirty and borderline unusable.

The coffee is great. Tea not so good. Cake selection was a bit poor for an afternoon. Boy does it need a refurbishment and good clean. Staff friendly but obviously lack focus on tasks required, ie cleaning tables etc

No soda for cold drinks. Why bother having a menu? There is no excuse, NONE, for running out of the basic ingredients - never mind during a long expected heatwave
