We arrived at just gone 3pm Saturday 22nd November, the place was full, we checked in and was notified that the soft play was actually closing at 4pm ( oh and told people will start to leave by 3.45pm almost suggesting we need to be out by then too, not a chance) the kids wanted to stay so we continued with the booking, i queried why i was still being charged full price for less than an hours play, the young girl (very pleasant) responded with that’s just what it is and then went on to say they make alot of money from private bookings which was clear the reason for closing early. Visited today with my 3 year old granddaughter, she loved it , felt very relaxed atmosphere and really helpful lovely staff. Food was good and sensibly priced, awesome flapjacks. A big positive for us was the 9.30 opening time on a Sunday. We will definitely take her back again.

Love this place, the sensory room is one of the best ive been too. My 9mo loves it and we are always the only 1 in. He loved it when he was younger too. The soft play is good too ! Good selection of drinks and food and staff always friendly. Good prices as well. Can't go wrong! Defo recommend :)
