We had booked a table of 5 for a 80th birthday meal. We were warmly greeted and taken to our table. Our waitress was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was well presented and cooked too perfection, portion size was good and we even had to take a doggy bag🤣. Cost of food with drinks is around £50 per head.

Back yet again for our monthly visit, and we got the amazing Ruth and her apprentice both are brilliant waitress, very chatty and accommodating and polite. Definitely makes you want to come back! We have the butcher block between my wife and I can say that it is the best value for money if you love steak happy feed 3 If smaller eaters.

We had a wonderful experience here. Ruth, our waitress, was absolutely fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. My partner and I shared an outstanding Chateaubriand steak, cooked to perfection, and the cosy atmosphere made our experience even better. Honestly, a 3 course meal on Sunday for less than £35 pp it's fair and its worth every penny. Oh, and it was sunny (perfect for drinks and dessert outside!). Couldn’t have asked for more.
