Dear management - HYGIENE. It would be all good if... once every while would all the glasses, cutlery and plates be properly hand washed. Professional dishwasher with 2-3 minutes program doesn't do the job, especially when you leave the glasses sit outside on the sun, where it dries. Here you can see the glass your personnel gave me, and one picture after I cleaned it myself with napkin. Hopefully next time I will visit it would be much better. Thank you.

I can't comment on the service etc as I literally ran in to use the toilet. It was awful. Unfortunately, this country seems particularly bad at looking after toilets whether they are in a shop, public or in a cafe.

Friendly helpful staff. 2 entrances as this store opens up onto two streets !! Near the Shopping Mall and close to plenty of parking. Usual Nero quality Coffees ☕️, plenty of seats inside. 👍🏼
