In my picture I have the following: Beef curry w mushroom/onion. - Beef was lovely and soft, sauce amazing and overall 10/10 Hot Shredded beef. - Beef quite dried out very chewy, can't break apart. Sauce was lovely and spicy full of flavour overall 8/10 Boiled rice. - Very dry, clumpy I had to add some water. Overall 6/10 Prawn chow mein. - very well cooked, exactly how it should be no complaints 10/10 Jumbo spring roll. - very crispy, temperature was boiling all the way through. Chicken was abit overcooked very chewy but overall 8/10 Spring rolls (6) - basic, not filled much but alright drenc

Ordered our food over an hour before they closed and the app advised it would be delivered within 40-60 minutes. 60 minutes came and passed so I called the store for an update and the lady said the order was already out for delivery and would be with us in 2 minutes. It is now 2 hours since I ordered… no update and definitely no food. They have taken payment and now they’re not answering the phone, and because the app still seems to think it’s going to be delivered I can’t even request a refund. Disgusted with the service is an understatement.

Ive used fortune house for a couple of years. The quality has dropped beyond belief. Yet again I tried the special curry and found inedible fatty meats and manky fried rice. I wouldn't recommend this takeaway a worst enemy. Avoid.

Really disappointed with my experience here. I ordered a vegetarian dish, but partway through eating my child discovered a piece meat. This is a serious mistake, especially for people with dietary, ethical, or religious restrictions. When I raised it with the woman on phone, the response was underwhelming and didn’t reflect how serious this issue is basically just cut the phone off If you’re vegetarian or vegan, I’d strongly recommend being cautious eating here.
