Foods always cold, they pretty much always forget sauce and 80% of the time forget an item or two. And I can barely get a refund with the awful customer service I called them up and they just told me to go through their glitchy broken live chat ai, it doesnt even work and they told me "I dont know" when I said it was broken. Pathetic.
