All the staff at this shop are amazing they make everyone's day so happy, the service is 10 / 10 all the time and they even know what drinks the regulars have. Always happy to take time out and explain drinks to the customers when new drinks have arrived. The staff are always happy.

This costa must have the friendliest and welcoming staff of all the costas. They are always happy to help with a smile and are very knowledgeable on the costa range. A large store which is normally pretty busy. Its just off the A127 but a bit hidden. Lots of parking in the retail park.

Lunchtime visit. We chatted to staff, whilst being served at the counter. (Chap with the ginger beard was funny). Couple of dogs sat with their owners were well behaved and lovely to see ❤️ I would definitely visit again.

Feedback – Costa Coffee Pipps Hill, Basildon Today I had a disappointing experience at the Pipps Hill, Basildon branch. I placed two separate orders through the app, and both were not ready on time. It felt like online orders were being ignored while physical customers were prioritised. I have visited this branch before and never experienced such poor service, which is why today’s visit was particularly frustrating. I hope this was an isolated incident and that online orders will be given equal attention in the future.
