1) ordered 2kids carbonara + 1 salmon avocado panini. the panini was missing 2) avocado is black in colour, panini is cold 3) asked the staff and got the feedback that cold is normal extra) smoke salmon was not normal as well, commented by my son. food wasted is this normal service right now?

Visited today with my partner and mum, the staff were lovely and friendly , the atmosphere is very friendly and enjoyable. We had two paninis, tuna melt and sweet chilli chicken and one baked potato with beans and a cheeky portion of chips. Food was delicious especially the paninis. The food we received was prepared and cooked by Nina who was so helpful and friendly, and presented the food beautifully. Will definitely visit again.

I visited here with my parents on a busy Tuesday before Christmas. The lady who served me was very welcoming and helpful. There was so much choice, I was a little overwhelmed when I got to the stage of ordering for myself and my parents 😊. She patiently guided assisted and I ended up with a delicious brown bread baggette full of a tasty filling. The iced caramel coffee was lovely too. My Mum bought some lovely muffins and cakes to take home. I would highly recommend Cafe Giardino.

Disappointed service ok but price I felt was over charge considering 2 paninis a tea & a coffee came to £27.25, I would of expected some garnish for that price but no just the panini which was cooked so much I couldn’t bite through it, so over toasted. If someone would have asked I would have complained but instead I did the British thing and left vowing never again. One other point they need to finish the ceiling or at least remove the cobwebs not a good look.
