Coffee was only warm and the place is full of flies. Please get your pest controller to sort it out. It’s awful. ———— Update following response, there is nothing really to find out what’s gone wrong, The shop is full and I mean full of flies. What more is there to say? Is makes an awfully disgusting experience.

Costa Coffee in Beckenham has always been a staple of Beckenham high street. It’s always been well kept on the inside. But in recents times, it has deteriorated significantly. It’s quite dirty. The floors, the tables tops and the toilets have seen better days. There are fruit flies everywhere. Disappointing

Every table we went to was sticky and dirty. There were lots of small flies around when eating our food. Nice staff, nice coffee, just awful cleanliness
