Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. The staff were lovely, friendly and polite throughout, but the service itself was very poor. We ordered a lemonade along with our food, but after waiting around 25 minutes, our starters arrived and the drink still hadn’t. We asked about it and also requested some water, but while nearby tables received theirs, ours never arrived. Even after our pizzas were served, we still hadn’t received either the lemonade or the water. To make matters worse, the pizzas arrived cold, which was very disappointing after already experiencing such a long wait.

We had a great 5 year old birthday party 🥳 at Pizza Express Beckenham. @Emily was a fantastic host and pizza making instructor. The kids loved her and we would definitely recommend for birthday parties

Need to provide feedback otherwise there will be no improvement. I am going to this restaurant quite often being a local and have been ok with it. But last Saturday, our experience at the restaurant was quite bad. We been sat at the table and from there it all went south. After ten minutes of nobody coming to us to take our order, we signalled the floor manager (probably) who said someone will be with us. After several minutes someone did come and ask for our order and drinks. I have asked for non alcoholic beer (from the menu). When she returned with the drinks (quite fast) I didn't pay atten

We visited after school to celebrate a good week and we had a wonderful meal. Our waiter Karis was polite, friendly and so kind when speaking to our excited and chatty children. She really made the experience for us. Thank you, Karis! Your time and kindness were so appreciated and you really went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and the children felt so special! 🥰
