I regularly visit this Burger King before heading to the cinema, and to be fair, the food is usually decent and I’ve never had an issue before. This Saturday, we followed our usual routine but arrived with an hour to spare, so we decided to eat in rather than take away. Unfortunately, what stood out was the poor state of the seating area. Tables were unclean, with crumbs and trays left behind. We tried going upstairs, but it was closed off, and there was also a noticeable musty smell, which didn’t help the experience. Food was good, everything else not really, floors were messy and wifi locked behind password, saw that one of the cashiers was a bit moody, meh store rather walk to my nearest McDonald's Edit: forgot to say theres basically no menu to see anything

The coke zero was definitely Dr Pepper. The plant based whopper was grease and doesn't taste good, and the taste was weird to disgusting. I like burger king and this isnt one of them. Management looks that is not using the proper ingredients. No refill option here.

I said to myself never to order from here again after the last time but my son really wanted a BK so thought I would try again. Result was the same awful food but this time we got the wrong order! We ordered a Big King double chicken but got beef instead. It was a takeout so couldn't be bothered to go back. The store doesn't have a full menu and the burgers never taste as nice as other stores. Definitely never again.
